Welcome to our new blog page, a.k.a. What’s New. Adding the What’s New page is a change to our website. The word “change” infers something new. We live in a world of changes – changes in governments, changes in policies, changes in philosophical views, changes in styles and changes to the people around us. Many times changes are for the better, revitalizing even. We here at Northstar Homes are going through some changes. We have had some changes in personnel. And we are experiencing changes in our product lines due to do product availability, supply chain challenges and volatile costs. Manufacturer’s of the many of the products that go into our homes are adjusting their offerings based on labor and materials availability. The good news is that changes are manageable and we can successfully navigate through the changes because of the experience of our staff here at Northstar Homes and our relationships with our Build Centers. Changes are not hindrances; changes are an opportunity re-energize and move forward!
